I can’t recommend Dr Susie highly enough. I wish I had online physical therapy advice when I felt lost, unable to commute and in need of someone who could understand my pain experience.
Dr Susie really gets pelvic health issues and especially for males – oh hoorah, finally someone to help the boys!
Don’t hesitate to organise an online skype session, Dr Susie has a load of support and experience on offer.

I also suffer from Prudendal neuralgia.
Thank you for sharing your story. My pain began after anal fistula surgery. However, I was a figure skater for many years as a young girl with many falls. I decided ,after two years of increasing excruciating pain , to fly to Maryland to Dr Dellon and take care of the nerves that were hurting. The perineal branches affected bilaterally were cut out of scar tissue and moved into the obteratur muscles. I am 6 months post op and feel I made the right decision. This problem is complicated. I am strength training my glutes right now through a physical therapist. I told him no downward pressure. Then I will move on to full body strength training. I get adjusted by a chiropractor/Art person off and on. I updated my glasses to make sure there is no strain affecting my neck muscles. I make sure to have lumbar support when sitting( putting a rolled up towel or pocketbook in the arch of my back). I will start physiotherapy again at the end of the month but I am specific to what she can touch so it doesn’t hurt me. Only we know how our body feels. We need to be the drivers in our care.
Sincerely,
Susan
