I have been awarded expert mentoring with Buzz Web Media and Women With Wit’s – Lee Ussher under the Australian Government’s Boosting Female Founders Initiative (BFFI) for PainTrain My Health Summary (and My Health Story).
The BFFI Australian Government initiative aimed to help female entrepreneurs overcome the disadvantages faced in getting access to finance and support to grow their startups. In addition to grants between $25,000 and $480,000, the program also offered expert mentoring and advice to meritorious applicants – I was one of these meritorious applicants!
Lee is mentoring me through the transitioning identity of PainTrain My Health Summary to My Health Story, and together we will work towards the launch of the new website, which includes an App.
Lee’s expert media knowledge also extends to helping me finalise documents required to officially launch My Health Story and attract new opportunities such as new markets, partners, supporters or investors who can further help establish the resource as the go-to patient-centred health portal.
My ambition to place the individual at the centre of their healthcare and enhance the quality of their care is slowly but surely becoming a reality.
My Health Story will launch in the next couple of months.
