Sorry to be so slack with blogs lately.

To be honest, I’ve been a bit over it the past few months with my Sacral Stim playing up – or is it my brain?

I can’t answer that yet. I might never be able to answer that. Let’s leave that for another time.

For now, I wanted to show you what I’ve been upto and how I’ve used PainTrain – My Health Summary to help me through my last 6 months.

I’m not exactly enthused about health admin. There’s already enough admin and digital filing to do in life. But I’ve found that my PT health summary is saving me, not only admin time, but alot of stress having to remember details of my experience.

It’s really important I document my trial properly and that my pain specialist knows what’s going on.

What’s also important is to see how the chronic pain is changing over time and what I’m doing about it.

Yes, what I’m doing about it. I’m driving this train. You’re the driver of yours too.

For all the digital frustration that comes with updating software in this day and age, some resources really do add value and support my life.

I really believe PainTrain is one of those resources.
