Author:

Since my accident many things, like facebook, have taken on a new meaning. It’s a great way to socialise (actually, let me be honest, its a great distraction) especially if you can’t get out easily. And the best thing is you can choose to participate as much or as little as you are able to.

Stimulation, inspiration, knowledge, energy, it is more essential with an injury and Facebook offers an easy way to communicate, stay connected, have a community, learn, share, I guess it’s feeling a little alive, like you are in fact part of the world.
